ABOUT ALINDA
Alinda began with a simple inspiration—our daughter’s love for climbing. During the COVID-19 lockdowns, when outdoor play was limited, we pioneered the introduction and development of indoor climbing structures for children in Thailand.
By the second year, we expanded our product range to include wooden educational toys and teaching materials inspired by the Reggio Emilia and Montessori approaches. With growing recognition, our customer base extended to hotels and fitness centers, where products like Stall Ball and Climbing Walls became highly popular.
In the third year, Alinda further diversified into pretend play sets and wooden furniture, serving the comprehensive needs of international schools. Our strength lies in our dedicated workshop, skilled craftsmen, and trusted suppliers—able to produce with both premium imported woods and Thai teak, without the constraint of large-volume orders. This capability allowed us to launch our own furniture line, bringing unique designs to market.
By year four, Alinda earned the trust of clients with turnkey design-and-build projects for playrooms, kids cafés, and British curriculum kindergartens. Our product portfolio expanded to include outdoor playgrounds, sand & water play systems, and STEAM walls, positioning us as a complete solution provider.
Today, Alinda is recognized as a one-stop service partner for educational spaces and family-friendly venues. With a strong network of local and international suppliers, we continue to deliver safe, creative, and sustainable solutions that inspire learning, play, and imagination.

WARRANTY TERM
OF WOODEN ACCESSORIES
We take great care in creating our items. Because of this, we are condent in our workmanship and the materials that we use. We offer a 1 year warranty for any products that break or become damaged.
If an item becomes damaged or breaks, please contact us and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you. This Warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us or from our authorized resellers.
Please check the quality of the items when they arrive and contact us within 7 days of receiving.
What does this warranty cover?
This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship.
What is NOT covered by this warranty?
As stated above, this warranty relates to defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from:
- Drops
- Installation failures
- Daily wear-and-tear
- Intentional modi cations
- Items not manufactured by us
- Items not sold by us or our authorized resellers
- Misuse or mishandling of the product
- Theft or loss of the product
